Such as how much of the side-lobe of HR? How many data can we use near the bottom due to the effect of side-lobe of HR?

The typical side-lobe interference region is the last 10% of the profile length. For example, for a 1 m profile this would be approximately the last 10 cm. This will vary based on environmental conditions, so may be slightly more or less. P.J.

So even for HR Profiler, we cannot obtain the velocity data near bottom due to the effect of side-lobe?

Unfortunately, no. Sidelobes and boundaries cause lots of problems because of the strong echoes associated with them. P.J.
