Does the water temperature have an impact on the power consumption? If we want to leave the AWAC 3 month in the sea will we notice a difference regarding the batteries lifetime in sommer and winter?

Yes, the temperature influences the battery capacity.  The infuence depends on the exact battery specifications but you can assume a 10-20% difference across the normal temperature ranges.  

The nominal capacity of the Nortek battereis are normally derated to about 5 deg. C.  This implies that you should be able to use the nominal battery capacity to estimate the winter deployment lengths.
